YAMARAN boats are of modern design and are equipped in accordance with international standards. Boats construction provides excellent running and cruising parameters both on rivers and at the open waters. High load and passengers capacity, together with compact packing of YAMARAN inflatable boats provides maximum convenience in operation and handling.
The material for manufacturing of YAMARAN boats is a layer of synthetic cloth (polyester) with double coating of PVC,
binded by special adhesive composition. The dense weaving of basic layer
provides high strength and stability to the cuts and punctures. The PVC
layers provide air inpermeability, the plastifiers give to the material
the elasticity, which is very important for up and down laying of boat,
especially under low air temperatures. Material is stable to ultra-violet
radiation, salt water, fuel and oil impacts. The material life time period
for use on the inflatable boats normally use to be 10-20 years. 
The
seams of YAMARAN boats are executed by “strap butts” method with two sides
sticking, using the same material bands. For sticking the PVC based glue
is used, which, after the chemical reaction with sticking surfaces, gives
the effect of “press welding”. Transom and knock-down deck are fabricated from waterproof plywood. The deck has non sleeping coating. All boats are equipped with the lashing for fuel tank. The rigid transom for installation of outboard motors is fixed to the bottles using the cast elements to make the structure more solid and reliable.
The valves have the design with spring plate to provide air impermeability, long life time, and simple use. From the top the
valve is closed with plastic cover and practically is within the bottle
package size. The diameter of the YAMARAN inflatable keel increases in the
bow, which, together with the main bottle, narrowed and lifted in the bow,
forms the bottom with the contours of variable keel shape. It gives to the
boat splendid cruising quality, maneuverability and stability on course,
as well as reduces the different when reaching the hydroplane regime. 
The
bottles of YAMARAN boats has the partitions dividing the bottles into the
sections under the condition to support floating after the damage of two
sections. The partitions are made in form of cones to equalize the air in
all the sections of the inflatable bottle. All the YAMARAN boats are equipped with two thwarts (seats) to control the motor and to row. Special design of seats fixation permits to move them along the boat. Location of mooring and trailing rings, bow towing eye, cast handles and handrope provides maximum convenience and comfort for pilot and passengers of the boat.
